Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if the book is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the book has been opened, used, or read

  • If the book is unsealed or packaging is damaged

  • If the book is an exam preparation book and the exam date has passed

  • If the return request is made for reasons other than a manufacturing or printing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused and unopened

  • The book must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required

Refunds

Once we receive the returned book, it will be inspected.

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method

    • The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchange / Replacement

  • Exchanges or replacements are only applicable for defective books

  • Approved replacements will be delivered within 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
