This book on Selected Western Political Thinkers is best in the market & has been designed primarily to meet the requirements of the UPSC IAS aspirants & students taking up B.A. (Hons) and M.A. Examination of the various Indian Universities. I do not claim any originality. My main effort has been to present the facts in lucid and critical form so that the students may be able to comprehend the political thought of various political thinkers. I have freely drawn from the various standard Work’s. This would obviate the need of consulting other standard works and render the task of preparation for examination easy. The book shall also be found useful by general readers interested in acquiring an insight into the Western Political thought.
